Dot 'n' Beanie RIP

It seemed to be closed for nearly a year, but in Cleveland, you can never tell: things that look long gone are still in business, even thriving, while things that seem open are quite closed. The recent disappearance of Dot 'n' Beanie's signage suggests that it's no longer operating. The East 55th Street--St. Clair Avenue area is undergoing a small makeover, so perhaps something new will occupy the space. These photographs from February 2013.
