Watchful Eye

Volunteer at 2014 Christmas party for Fairfax neighborhood kids -- free hats and gloves, books and toys were distributed, kids enjoyed snacks, sang carols and got presents from Santa, thanks to community organizer Tanya Holmes and with space donated by the Rolls Royce Motorcycle Club.

Found Film

It's always an adventure when you take in a roll of film you shot a few years ago. Expired Fuji, with plenty of exposure correction. Taken with Olympus ZLR purchased from Goodwill, probably 2011.

Behind the Screen

Storage area at the Rockefeller Park Greenhouse. First outing with new Canon EOS 3, one of Canon's last film cameras (discontinued 2007). Big and heavy, with lightning-fast film advance and powerful shutter. Canon's 40mm prime pancake lens used here, with Ilford FP4.
